On November 4, the International Talent Co-founder Program (ITCP) held its official launch event at the Beijing (Wangjing) Overseas Students Pioneer Park in Chaoyang District. Through a series of coordinated initiatives—including the implementation of dedicated programs, alliance establishment, base co-construction, and service upgrades—the district aims to build an integrated one-stop empowerment system combining six key elements: policy, space, capital, industry, platform, and resources.
